Aluminium knob adapter compatible with Nuki Smart Lock Pro (5th generation) and a matching ABUS round 10 mm cylinder shaft. This is the ABUS Round version: compare the socket and retaining-hole position with your cylinder before ordering. OPENINGS AND DIMENSIONS • Round receiving socket: 10.2 mm internal diameter for a nominal 10 mm round shaft. • Socket depth: 16 mm from the open rim to the closed internal roof. The small entry chamfer eases alignment. • Transverse cross-hole: 2.6 mm diameter, passing through both opposite sleeve walls. The two side openings are the ends of the same cross-hole. • Cross-hole centre: 6 mm from the open rim, or 10 mm from the internal socket roof. • Sleeve outside diameter: 16 mm. Overall adapter size: 29 × 16 × 37 mm. These are nominal design dimensions, not a statement of manufacturing tolerances. The socket is round, not D-shaped. The side holes are plain bores, not a specified screw thread. CHECK BEFORE ORDERING Measure the exposed round shaft diameter, usable length and hole position. Check that a 16 mm outside sleeve clears the cylinder collar and your mounting parts. The adapter and shaft cross-holes must align without force. Check that the retainer can be fitted and secured with your mounting arrangement. ABUS cylinders with a different shaft shape or hole position need a different adapter; this is not a universal ABUS fit. SPACER REQUIREMENT A mounting spacer of at least 10 mm is required for this adapter. Do not use a thinner spacer. Measure your own door and choose the required thickness, keeping this 10 mm minimum. The spacer is not included. MEASURING AND MOUNTING 1. Remove the indoor knob according to the cylinder manufacturer's instructions. 2. Compare the round shaft and retaining hole with the dimensions above. Slide the adapter on and check alignment before final assembly. 3. Secure the aligned cross-holes using a suitable retaining pin or screw for your cylinder. Retaining hardware is not supplied; the animation shows it schematically. 4. Use the appropriate mounting plate and a spacer of at least 10 mm for your door, following the Nuki installation instructions. Measure your own door-to-shaft-tip distance. The video's 19.5 mm measurement and 13.5 mm spacer are an example, not a universal spacer size or included part. 5. Fit the smart lock and test locking, unlocking, manual operation and outside-key operation with the door open. Do not use a binding or insecure assembly. The animated close-up hides the mounting parts to show the socket and cross-hole connection; verify access and assembly order on your own hardware.
